HOLLAND VS FRANCE


Jarenlang stond Frankrijk bekend als een van de hardste landen ter wereld. Met crews als the Family, Pockemon, Vagabonds, Def Dogz, Sans Limite, Phase-T, Subskillz, 59 Crew, Legiteam Obstruxion, La Smala, Joyeux Loufocks, Body Talk, Wanted, Melting Force, Original South Kingz en Subskills staat ondanks wat verloren zielen Frankrijk nog steeds sterk in zijn schoenen.

MAAR de hollandse BBoy is allang geen leuk kopietje meer, rockt hard en kiest zijn eigen pad. Het is TIJD VOOR EEN KRACHTMETING.

27 FEB - TOTAL CALL OUT

 

Een van de jams waar menig hollandse BBoy en BGirl met goede herinneringen op terug kijkt is absoluut Total Call Out. Op 27 Februari is het weer tijd voor deze unieke jam die in 2004 in Hal 4 Rotterdam voor het eerst georganiseerd werd. Vervolgens waren er nog heftige edities in de Nighttown Bassment in Rotterdam en in De Effenaar in Eindhoven. De aankomende Total Call Out staat staat geheel in het teken van Holland vs France.

De BOTY verhuisd naar Frankrijk

Bericht van de Battle Of The Year Official Website:

After 20 years of Battle of the Year in Germany the organisation team decided to move the Battle of the Year to Montpellier/France this year. Date will be the november the 20th, location "La Grande Salle" in Montpellier. Beside the big final event with all international B-Boy Crews the side programme from Battle of the Year 2009 will be continued and enlarged. Planned again is a Dance Theatre Night, a 1 vs 1 Battle, the 2 vs 2 We B-Girlz Battle, Workshops and much more.
 
For the organisation team the decision to leave Germany was not easy to make. The German B-Boy scene and the constant audience is really important to us. But we thought that after 20 years for the Battle of the Year it is time to move on and start something new. A comeback to Germany in the future of course is possible.
